My office is located in the historic Court House Square building, downtown Tacoma.  From the Main entrance, make yourself comfortable in the foyer. I will be down a moment before our appointment time. At the first meeting, we will go over the details of disclosure and the initial intake.

 

To save time, please print and fill out the forms to the best of your ability. If you have questions, feel free to ask about anything that comes up. If you do not have access to a printer and/or do not have an opportunity to complete the forms prior to your session, please let me know via phone or email so we can plan your arrival with adequate time to complete your paperwork.
